Abstract:
The technological process of recovering RE oxide and Co oxide from NdFeB waste has been researched, and the technological conditions of acid decomposition, oxalic acid precipitation and impurity removal have been confirmed.The impurities of iron and calcium, can be removed effectively in this technological process, Co oxide obtained from the process accords with the demands of GB6518-86 Y1products of pure Co oxide powder, the recovery ratio of Co is above 82 %, and TREO of RE oxide obtained from the technoloigcal process is above 97 %, the recovery ratio is above 95 %, which can meet the requirements of complicated recovering NdFeB waste.
