从钕铁硼废料中回收稀土及氧化钴的条件试验

Experiment of recovering RE oxide and Co oxide from NdFeB waste

  • 摘要: 研究了从钕铁硼废料中回收稀土氧化物和氧化钴的工艺流程, 试验确定了酸分解、草酸沉淀、除铁等杂质的工艺条件。该工艺能有效地除去铁、钙等杂质, 试验得到的氧化钴符合GB6518-86纯氧化钴粉Y1类产品要求, 钴直收率在82 %以上。所得稀土氧化物, 其总含量为97 %以上, 回收率95 %以上, 达到了综合回收利用的目的。

     

    Abstract: The technological process of recovering RE oxide and Co oxide from NdFeB waste has been researched, and the technological conditions of acid decomposition, oxalic acid precipitation and impurity removal have been confirmed.The impurities of iron and calcium, can be removed effectively in this technological process, Co oxide obtained from the process accords with the demands of GB6518-86 Y1products of pure Co oxide powder, the recovery ratio of Co is above 82 %, and TREO of RE oxide obtained from the technoloigcal process is above 97 %, the recovery ratio is above 95 %, which can meet the requirements of complicated recovering NdFeB waste.
