城门山铜矿7#矿体难选矿石试验研究

Experimental Investigation of Refractory Ore of No.7 Orebody in Chengmenshan Copper Mine

  • 摘要: 为充分利用城门山铜矿的资源, 针对该矿含有大量结合型氧化矿和粘土型氧化矿的特点, 进行了常规和浸出—萃取—电积两种提铜方法的试验研究。试验结果表明, 常规提铜方法尽管试验条件不同, 获得的指标有差别, 但铜回收率仅为16%左右; 而采用浸出—萃取—电积提铜方法, 结合型和粘土型氧化矿的铜浸出率分别达到了49.14%、85.47%, 含铜浸出液经萃取—电积后可直接生产出高纯阴极铜。

     

    Abstract: To fully utilize the resources of Chengmenshan copper mine, some experimental investigations of extracting copper have been taken in two methods, a convention one and a leaching-extraction-electro deposition one, according to the charactristic of combining integrated oxidized ore and clay oxidized ore.The result indicates that the rate of copper recovery is only 16% although different testing conditions and different targets in convention method, and the leaching-extraction-electro deposition method can get the rate of copper recovery of 49.14% with integrated oxidized ore and 85.47% with clay oxidized ore.The liquid can directly extract high pure copper after extracting and electro depositing.
