废旧镍氢电池正极浸出试验研究

The Anode Leaching Study from Waste and Used Ni-MH Battery

  • 摘要: 根据废镍氢电池正极组分构成特点,采用氧化-硫酸浸出法回收废旧镍氢二次电池正极残料中的镍和钴。实验确定了较为优化的浸出条件,钴的浸出率为99.2 %,镍的浸出率为99.3 %。

     

    Abstract: Based on the characteristic on anode of Ni-MH battery, Oxidation-sulfuric leaching was adopted to recover nickel and cobalt from anode of Ni-MH battery. appropriate leaching methods was found, the leaching rate of cobalt can reach to 99.2 %, nickel can reach to 99.3 %.
