金山金矿阳山选厂磨矿分级工艺流程技术改造与生产实践

摘要: 金山金矿阳山选厂通过对原有磨机与水力旋流器构成闭路磨矿作业，增加一台螺旋分级机变成二段分级的技术改造，取得了较好的技术经济指标。改造后的工艺流程畅通、运行平稳，金的回收率由原来的73.21%提高到84.31%，年可增效益287.343万元。Abstract: A spiral classifier is added in the closed milling operation combined by a mill and a hydrocyclone by Yangshan Processing Plant of Jingshan Gold Mine.Favorable economic indexes are achieved with the gold recovery rate increased from 73.21% to 84.31%.The increased annual profit can reach RMB 2, 873, 430 Yuan.
