电气石复合材料合成及在养殖水处理中的应用

Synthesis of Composite Tourmaline Materials and Their Application on Aquaculture Water Treatment

  • 摘要: 目的:探索一种新型电气石多孔陶瓷球的合成及在养殖水处理中的应用。方法:电气石粉、竹屑、水泥、发泡剂及水玻璃按一定比例合成电气石球,然后在高温下形成电气石多孔陶瓷。结果:该陶瓷材料保留了电气石的基本性能,即将水体pH值控制在7.5左右等特有的物理化学性质。进一步对该复合材料进行生物反亚硝化、反硝化工程菌接种,扩大培养,结果表明该材料可明显提高反硝化细菌,枯草芽孢杆菌等的繁殖能力,脱氮率在90 %以上。结论:合成了一种新型的电气石复合材料,材料对甲鱼水质有明显的净化作用,能有效去除养殖水中的亚硝酸根离子,可较大的降低换水频率,节约用水,降低污水处理成本。

     

    Abstract: A new type of porous ceramic tourmaline ball has been synthesized and its application on treatment of aquaculture water is studied. The new tourmaaline ceramics was synthesized by mixingthe tourmaline powder, bamboo scraps, cement, blowingagents, and water glass with conglobulation then be put into an oven under hightemperature.The tourmaline ceramics retains the basic properties of tuormaline, that is regulating the pH value in the range of 7.5-8.0, releasing negative ions, eradiating infrared etc. The furthe bacterium inoculation experiment of the denitrifying bacteria indicate that that tourmaline can improve the reproductive capacity demitrifying bacteria. The rate of nitrogen removal is in more than 90 %. A new type of tourmaline composite materials was synthesised. The result shows that the materials can purify and activate the water. The nitrate and nitrite in water, reducing the cost on treatment of cultivation water.
