烟化处理铅锑鼓风炉渣回收锌铟的生产实践

On Zinc and Indium Recycle from Blast Furnace Slag by Fuming Process

  • 摘要: 铅锑矿经鼓风炉冶炼后产出的水淬渣,以全冷料形式加入烟化炉进行挥发处理,周期作业。烟化温度1250℃,投料及化渣时间1.5~2.5 h,在渣熔化后还原吹炼2 h,可以将大部分有价金属挥发后以粗氧化锌形式捕集回收,弃渣可作水泥生产原料。烟尘的产出率约14 %,有价金属的回收率为:铅86.9 %、锑83.4 %、锌62.5 %、铟57.7 %。

     

    Abstract: The Fuming process is applied to comprehensively recycle lead-antimony blast furnace slag. Slag is fed in fuming furnace in the form of cold particulate Each period costs1.5~2.5 hours. when the fuming temperature reaches 1, 250 ℃ and the reduction smelting time lasts 2 hours, the majority of useful metals can be recovered as metal oxide with the product rate around 14 %. And the derelict slag can serve as raw material of cement. The average direct recovery ratio of lead is 86.9 %, antimony 83.4 %, Zinc 62.5 %, indium 57.7 %.
