锌电极电化学性能研究—有机缓蚀剂对碱液中无汞锌电极表面腐蚀的影响

摘要: 通过极化曲线的测定研究了锌电极在不同浓度碱液中的腐蚀行为和7种有机缓蚀剂对锌电极电化学行为的影响。结果表明, 碱液(KOH)浓度6×103mol/m3时, 添加0.5%的缓蚀剂(CSUT)—一种羧甲基纤维素为基体的合成物, 锌电极的致钝电位负移, 致钝电流密度显著降低, 钝化曲线范围增大, 钝化电流密度下降, 有很好的缓蚀效果。Abstract: The corrosion behavior of zinc electrode in alkaline solution (KOH) of different concentration were investigated through measuring polarization curve, the influence of seven kinds of organic inhibitors on the electrochemical behaviors of zinc electrode were also studied.The results showed that the apparent inhibit-effect have been obtained by the perfect concentration of alkaline solution (KOH)as 6×103mol/m3 and the concentration of the adding CSUT inhibitor as 0.5%.
