某微细粒浸染难选金矿石新工艺试验研究

New process technology on a micro-disseminated refractory gold ore

  • 摘要: 某低品位金矿石类型低硫半氧化微细粒浸染,常规选矿方法难以回收其微细粒金.工艺矿物学显示其脉石包裹金占总金的23.05 %,采用全泥氰化浸出、细磨浮选等工艺回收率低.试验结合工艺矿物学研究,采用超细磨技术,使连生体得到充分解离,联合全泥浸出提金工艺,得到了浸出率为94.33 %的良好指标.与常规氰化浸出相比金浸出率提高了近25 %.

     

    Abstract: A low-grade gold ore is characterized by low sulfur, semi-oxidation and micro fine impregnated structure. Conventional mineral processing technology failed to recover the micro-fine gold. Process mineralogy shows that 23.05 % gold is encapsulated in gangue. The recovery is low when using all-sliming cyanidation or fine grinding-flotation. Based on the process mineralogy, a fine gold recovery of 94.33 %, which is almost 25 % higher than conventional cyanide leaching is obtained through superfine-grinding technology.
