The Practice of Innovating System of Sulfur Flotation in One Dressing Plant

摘要: 针对某选矿厂采用KYF/CHF- 8m3深槽式浮选机对选硫系统进行改造之后所产生的硫精矿品位、回收率较低的问题, 分析了原因, 提出用浓密机对铜尾进行浓缩, 提高选硫作业入选浓度, 分段添加酸水调浆的办法, 提高了选硫系统的工艺指标。Abstract: Focusing on the problems of low grade and recovery in sulfur concentrate caused by innovating with KYF/CHF- 8m3 deep cell type flotation machines, the article analyses the problem and suggests using thickener to thicken copper tailing and raising pulp density of sulfur flotation process, and adding acid waste water to regulate pulp in dividing sections.Basically achieve the goal of the innovation.
