难处理金矿选矿试验研究

On the Processing Tests of Some Refractory Gold Ores

  • 摘要: 对难处理卡林型混合金矿石进行试验研究,得到处理该矿石合理的工艺流程及药剂条件。即采用细磨后强化浮选自然金及硫化物、浮选尾矿氰化回收氧化物的联合选别工艺,经实验室开路流程得到含Au品位55.89 g/t,Au回收率70.08 %的金精矿。浮选尾矿直接常规氰化浸金,Au作业浸出率91.5%。联合选别Au综合回收率90.4 %

     

    Abstract: Through the flotation test study on refractory gold ores of micro-fine grained arsenic containing, the reasonable technological flowsheet and reagent conditions of flotation were elicited.Using the combined processing technology of fining grinding followed by enhancing flotation, cyanide leaching of gold from tailings, the gold concentrate grade 55.89 g/t with recovery of 70.08 % in the open-circuit test of the laboratory were obtained.The leaching rate from tailings is 91.5 %.The comprehensive recovery rate of Au is 90.4 % by the combined processing technology
