电池级稀土氧化物制备工艺的研究

A Study on the Preparation Technology of Battery Degree RE Oxides

  • 摘要: 南方中钇富铕混合稀土先后经Nd/Sm分组、La/CePr/Nd分离, 分别得到镧铈镨钕、镧、铈镨富集物、钕; 北方富铈氯化稀土原料经Ce/Pr分组得到镧铈富集物; 除去稀土中非稀土杂质, 经沉淀、灼烧后制备多种优质稀土氧化物, 混样调配, 为火法电解生产电池级稀土金属提供原料。

     

    Abstract: LaCl3, NdCl3, light rare earth chlorides and CePr concentrates chlorides solution are obtained by grouping of Nd/Sm, La/CePr/Nd separating from medium yttrium, rich europium and mixed RE raw material of southern RE.LaCe concentrates chlorides are obtained by Ce/Pr extracting from rich Ce raw material.After removing non-RE impurities and being precipitated by oxalic acid, the above chlorides become precipitates, after being burnt, the precipitates transform into high-class oxides as raw material using in electrolysis of battery degree RE metals.
