Abstract: This paper introduces the enterprise information portal system in TNMG in order to solve the existing problems in the process of information automation. The system adopts developed components and basic platform to assure its openness and extendedness. The application of the system updates the office concept of staff, improve office efficiency, and promote the information construction process. In addition, the exchange of staff and headquarters is no longer limited by time and space via Internet and Intranet-based remote office and systems, which greatly enhances teamwork level.
