稀土发光材料的水热法合成及其发光强度

Rare-earth luminescent materials prepared by hydrothermal method and their luminous intensity

  • 摘要: 采用水热合成法成功制备出了掺铕CaF2、SrF2和BaF2, 并探究了同浓度稀土离子掺杂的CaF2、SrF2和BaF2的发光能力的强弱,得出同浓度稀土离子掺杂的CaF2、SrF2和BaF2中CaF2的发光能力最强.此外,还通过荧光光度计对不同浓度的CaF2的发光强度进行了探究,发现随掺杂稀土离子浓度的增加,掺铕CaF2的发光强度增强.

     

    Abstract: Eu3+ doped CaF2, SrF2 and BaF2 have been prepared by hydrothermal method successfully, which is presented in this paper. Rare-earth doped CaF2, SrF2 and BaF2, whose luminous ability is the strongest, have been explored when their concentration is the same. It concludes that the luminous ability of Eu3+ doped CaF2 is the strongest of them. Besides, luminous intensity of Eu3+ doped CaF2 in different concentration has been explored with fluorometer. The result is that luminous intensity of Eu3+ doped CaF2 becomes stronger with the increasing of its concentration.
