Abstract: Through the analysis and research,it doesn't reach the production capacity of design for production system of 30 000 t/d dashan concentrator of Dexing copper mine,it mainly lies in the unreasonable design of No 6 reversbible belt walking car and high failure rate of equipment can't maintain normal production.Therefore,the walking car was reformed into the discharge car.It had achieved better results by reform and application.
