The Application of Alternating Current Frequency Control System in Finishing Mill Group

摘要: 针对某钢铁公司第三型钢厂线材生产线精轧机组原直流传动系统存在的问题, 通过技术论证, 采用交流变频调速系统取代原直流传动系统, 不仅使传动系统故障率大为降低, 而且产量也大大增加。

Abstract: The problems of direct current drive system of finishing mill group in wire production line are raised in this paper, and the key to solving the problems is that taking alternating current requency control system instead of direct current drive system is discussed.
