高效湿式除尘器去除某磷矿粉尘的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Efficient Wet Scrubber about the Removal of the Phosphate Dust

  • 摘要: 湿法除尘技术是一种很重要的空气净化手段,但随着大气污染的逐步加剧以及各种烟气排放标准的不断提高,传统的湿式除尘器已经越来越难以满足人们的需要,而许多性能较高的改进型湿式除尘器则应运而生.高效湿式除尘器就是通过对传统的冲击式除尘器进行改进和创新后发明出的一种新型湿法除尘装置.通过去除某磷矿粉尘的实验研究,可以发现该除尘器具有除尘效率高、节能节水以及操作简单、设备维护的工作量小等优点,具备良好的经济效益和环境效益,并且在矿山、煤炭、冶金等多个行业中拥有广阔的推广应用前景.

     

    Abstract: The wet dedusting technology is an important means of air purification, but the traditional wet scrubber has become more and more difficult to meet people's needs with the deterioration of air pollution and the rising emission standards of the smoke, and many improved wet scrubber with high performance is born because of it. The efficient wet scrubber is a new invention of the wet dust collector which is the improved and innovational for the traditional impacting duster. Through the research about the removal of a phosphate rock dust, it can be found that this duster has many advantages such as the high dedusting efficiency、energy saving and simple operation、small workload of the equipment maintenance etc, has a good benefit on economic and environment, and has wide application prospect in many industries such as mining、coal、metallurgy etc.
