采用脉动高梯度磁选机回收赤泥中铁的试验研究

Study on recovering Fe from red mud with SLon vertical ring and pulsating high gradient magnetic separator

  • 摘要: 针对平果铝业公司拜尔法赤泥组分复杂、粒度细的特点, 采用了SLon型立环脉动高梯度磁选机回收赤泥中的铁, 经小型试验和半工业性试验, 获得了铁精矿含TFe54.70%、回收率为35.36%。所得合格铁精矿可作高炉炼铁原料, 该工艺为平果铝业公司拜尔法赤泥中铁的回收寻找到了一条可工业实施的途径。

     

    Abstract: Focus on the complex compositions and fine fraction of red mud in Pinguolu Co, recovering Fe from red mud with SLon vertical ring and pulsating high gradient magnetic separator. Good results are gained in small-scale test and semi-industrial test : the Fe content in Fe concentrate is 54.70%, the recovery ratio is 35.36%. The Fe concentrate from test is used as raw material of smelting Fe in high furnace. This is a successful way of recovering Fe from red mud by Bayer process.
