Abstract: .Net-based city planning and management information system is programmed by using Microsoft.net, oracle9i and ArcGIS in order to meet the needs of the city planning and management performances. Applying a mixed pattern of B/S and C/S, the system integrates office automation, plan service, on-line requests authorization and geography information, providing chart, language, table, management information services and routine services.
