用AAS研究胡椒基荧光酮与钍(Ⅳ)的显色反应
Study on the color reaction of piperonyl fluorone and thorium(Ⅳ)by an atomic absorption spectrophotometer

摘要: 应用原子吸收分光光度计对胡椒基荧光酮与钍(Ⅳ)的显色反应条件进行了研究, 体系λmax为560nm, ε为1.12+×105 L·mol-1 ·cm-1 。钍(Ⅳ)含量在0~25μg ·(25mL)-1内符合比耳定律, 方法用于地球化学标准样中钍的测定, 结果和参考值吻合。Abstract: A spectrophotometric method of determining the color reaction of thorium(Ⅳ)with piperonyl fluorone is studied by an atomic absorption spectrophotometer.The maximum absorption of this system is at 560nm with molar absorptivity of 1.12+×105 L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~25μg(25mL)-1.The method has been applied to the determination of thorium(Ⅳ)in geochemical standard reference samples.The results obtained consistent with the certified values.
