硫脲-氟化物分光光度法测定铜电解液中铋的研究

On the Determination of Bismuth in Electrolytic Solution of Copper by Thiourea-Fluoride Spectrophotometry

  • 摘要: 为提高铜电解液中铋的测定准确度,提出了硫脲-氟化物分光光度测定法。该法采用氟化氢铵掩蔽锑,以硫脲为铋的络合显色剂,同时作为铜的掩蔽剂。实验考察了氟化氢铵用量对锑掩蔽效果的影响,硫脲用量对铋显色程度的影响,确定了最佳用量。结果表明,硫脲-氟化物分光光度法测定铜电解液中的铋,操作简单,线性范围宽,有效地排除了锑的干扰,测量准确度、精度较高,相对标准偏差较小。

     

    Abstract: Thiourea-fluoride spectrophotometric method is adopted to enhance the determination accuracy of bismuth in electrolytic solution of copper. Ammonium hydrogen fluoride as masking agent of antimony, and thiourea as chromogenic agent of bismuth as well as masking agent of copper, is used in the experiments. The influence of ammonium hydrogen fluoride volume on masking capability to antimony and volume of thiourea on color capability to bismuth is also investigated. The experiments showes the method can eliminate interference of antimony effectively with large linearity range, simple operation, high accuracy and small RSD.
