Baking Process Optimization of Pre-baked Anode

  • 摘要: 通过对焙烧升温曲线的优化,挥发份的白烟焚烧和填充料的充分利用,使挥发份得到了充分的燃烧,节约了煤气的用量,降低了填充料的烧损,炭块质量一直非常稳定,焙烧曲线从168 h缩短到了156 h,同时节能减排,降低了环保设备的工作负荷和安全隐患,优化周围环境,取得了良好的效果.

     

    Abstract: The baking duration of Pre-baked Anode was curtailed from 168 h to 156 h by optimizing the baking temperature-rising curve, white smoke burning of volatile matter and making the best use of filler.The technology reduced the working load and security worries of environmental protection equipments, which led to energy saving and exhaust reduction.
