Failure Diagnosis Analysis of Gas Blower Based on Nuclear Clustering Method

  • 摘要: 对煤气鼓风机组常见故障及其振动特性进行了分析,运用核函数技术,对矩阵运算和变换的结果进行动态聚类分析,结合模糊诊断方法建立了基于动态核聚类分析的自动诊断系统模型,为提高风机振动监测和故障诊断的准确性提供保证.

     

    Abstract: This paper studies the common faults of gas blower group and the vibration characteristics. Dynamic clustering analysis is performed on the matrix's calculation and transformed results using nuclear function technique. The automatic diagnosis system model based on dynamic nuclear clustering analysis is set up applying fuzzy diagnosis method. The model guarantees the accuracy for the fan vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis.
