Abstract: Daily maintenance cost is a major component for maintaining the smooth performance of dump truck. A mathematical model for the daily maintenance is made by analyzing the reasons and regulations to reduce the maintenance cost and improve the performance efficiency. Some methods for reduce the maintenance cost are also put forward.
