紫铜毛细管防变色光亮锡电镀工艺

The bright plating tin process against discoloration on the violet copper capillary

  • 摘要: 紫铜毛细管的光亮镀锡层易遭受腐蚀和变色, 腐蚀最终导致装饰性和可焊性变坏。为此, 详细讨论了变色的原因。当加3~5 g/L Bi2(SO4)3到普通酸性光亮电镀锡槽液中, 在电流密度为3.0~4.0A/dm2状况下, 紫铜毛细管上可得到4~5μm防变色光亮锡层。

     

    Abstract: The bright plating tin coating on the violet copper capillary is subject to corrosion and discoloration. Corrosion will inevitably result in degrandation of decoration and solderability. The causes of discoloration are described in detail, we will find when adding 3~5g/L Bi2(SO4)3 to ordinary bright plating tin liquor, the 4-5 μm bright plating tin coating against discoloration is formed on the violet copper capillary under 3~4A/dm2 of current density.
