氮化钇粉末制备工艺的研究

Study on Preparation Technique of Yttrium Nitride Powder

摘要: 采用两步法制备氮化钇（YN）粉末。研究了温度、真空度和氮化时间对氮化钇粉末中原子比（Y/N）的影响。确定了最佳工艺条件，并试制出0.38mm和0.038mm的氮化钇粉末。

Abstract: Two steps of preparing yttrium nitride powder are adopted, temperature, time and vacuum which influences ratio of atom are studied, the most convenient technique for preparing yttrium nitride powder is determined, and yttrium nitride powder of 0.38mm and 0.038mm are trial-produced.
