黄金色铜粒子制取技术的试验研究

Study on making technology of copper particles with golden color

  • 摘要: 黄金色铜合金粒子在仿金饰品和材料、油漆生产以及合金熔炼上有多种用途。为简便有效地制取直径0.5~5mm的黄金色铜合金粒子, 对黄金色铜合金粒子材料的成分进行了筛选、比较试验, 对粒子的成形设备设计制造了两种装置进行比较试验。结果表明, 选用8% Zn、2% Al、1%Ni、Re适量、Cu余量的铜合金配方具有较好的仿金色泽和粒子成形性、耐蚀性。试制的离心粒化法和高压水粒化法两种铜粒子成形装置简单实用、各有所长, 可根据需要生产出0.5~10mm不同粒度的铜粒子。

     

    Abstract: There are a lot of uses of copper alloy particles with golden color as material of imitating gold decoration, the production of oil varnish and the melting of alloy. To manufacture the golden copper particles of 0.5~5mm in diameter easily and effectively, screening and comparing test for the ingredients of golden copper particle materials have been made; and shaping test of copper alloy particles have been done by two sets of equipment. The results show: it has good imitation golden color, good property of shaping and corrosion resistance by choosing the filling copper alloy prescription of 8% Zn, 2%Al, 1%Ni, suitable Re and Cu. The two kinds of trial productive granulating with centrifuging and high pressure water are simple and practical. So the size of copper particle from 0.5 to 10mm in diameter according to different needs.
