锆石学研究在地质科学中的应用

  • 摘要: 锆石是各类岩石中重要的副矿物,其性质稳定,不易被后期的蚀变作用或热液作用所改变,被广泛应用于岩石成因和同位素定年的研究。锆石形态学、U-Pb同位素年代学、锆石微量元素、锆石Lu-Hf同位素和氧同位素等为研究地质事件成因和演化提供了重要信息。

     

    Abstract: As the most important accessory mineral in many kinds of rocks, zircon is stable under metamorphism and hydrothermal alteration. It has been widely used in the study of petrogenesis and isotopic dating. The zircon Morphology, U-Pb isotopic dating, trace elements, Lu-Hf isotope and oxygen isotope provide important information for the genesis and evolvement of geologic events.
