非平衡体系络合交换分离钇铒的研究

Chemical complexation and separation of erbium and yttrium with HDEHP in non-equilibrium extraction system

  • 摘要: 以P204为萃取剂及二乙基三胺五乙酸(DTPA)为水相络合剂, 研究了用非平衡溶剂萃取法从氯化稀土溶液中分离钇铒的水相pH值、混合时间、DTPA浓度等因素对分离钇铒的影响。结果表明, 在水相加入DTPA, 钇的萃取速率较快、铒的萃取速率较慢, 控制两相混合时间, 用非平衡溶剂萃取法可有效分离钇铒。

     

    Abstract: Taking HDEHPasextractant, DTPA as chemical complex agent, the paper researched some factors which affected separation of erbium and yttrium with non-equilibrium solvent extraction from chloride solutions.Such as pH value, mixed time and concentration of DTPA.The results indicated that the rate of solvent extraction of Y was faster than that of Er by adding DTPA in water phase.By controlling the mixed time, we can separate effectively Y and Er with non -equilibrium solvent extraction.
