电感耦合等离子质谱法测定氧化钽、氧化铌中钾量和钠量

Determination of the Quantity of Kalium and Natrium in Tantalum Oxide and Niobium Oxide by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

  • 摘要: 用氢氟酸、硝酸分解试样,在稀酸介质中以氩等离子体光源离子化,直接用电感耦合等离子质谱法测定氧化钽、氧化铌中钾量和钠量。同时介绍了试验仪器、样品制备、结果计算和分析。该测定方法稳定性好、精度较高,钾钠的相对标准偏差为1.45 %~6.5 %,加标回收率在98.8 %~106.3 %之间。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the determination of the quantity of kalium and natrium in tantalum oxide and niobium oxide by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Experiment equipments, sample production, result calculation and analysis are elaborated. The determination method enjoys good stability and high precision, with relative standard deviation ranges 1.45 %~6.5 % and recovery standard addition ranges 98.8 %~106.3 %, 98.8 %~106.3 %.
