金银火法冶炼烟尘还原熔炼试验研究

Experimental Investigation on Reducing Smelting of Pyrometallurgical Dust

  • 摘要: 介绍了金银火法冶炼烟尘的转炉还原熔炼试验,采用单因素试验法考察了试剂加入量、造渣时间和搅拌强度等对还原过程的影响。在最优条件下,金属锑直收率为85.48%,粗锑含锑92.39%。生产实践表明,所产粗锑可以替代精锑用于粗铅火法初步精炼工序中,并且完全满足电解精炼的要求。

     

    Abstract: Experimental lnvestigation on reducing smelting of pyrometallurgical dust in convert furnace is introduced in this paper. The effect of some technical factors such as addition amount of coal and soda, time for slag production and stirring intensity on reducing smelting have been investigated by the method of single factor experiment. Under the optimum conditions, the direct recovery ratio of antimony is 85.48%, and the content of Sb in crude metal is 92.39%. The results indicate that crude antimony can be used in the refining process of crude lead substituting for antimony ingot.
