浅议提高熔盐电解金属镨生产稳定性的途径
Improving the Production Stability of Producing Pr_metal in Molten-salt Electrolysis

摘要: 通过严格控制电解温度, 合理调整熔盐配比、阴极电流密度和加料速度等有效途径, 降低了金属镨中的碳含量, 较好地解决了电解炉结底的问题, 使金属镨生产稳定性得到显著提高。连续生产表明:该工艺易实施, 产品一次性合格率高, 电解炉平均寿命延长13. 68%, 平均班产提高了17. 9%左右, 电单耗降低了5%左右。Abstract: To reduce the content of carbon in Pr_metal and resolve the slag of electrolytic furnace, some ways of controlling strictly electrolyzing temperature, adjusting molten-salt ratio, density of cathode current and feeding speed are adopted. Mass production indicates that this process is easy to carrying out, and the products are up to standard mostly, the life of electrolytic furnace is prolonged, the output is raised and the power consumption is reduced.
