强磁选-重选联合工艺回收尾矿、尾渣中铁的研究

On Iron Ore Recovery out of Mineral Processing Tailing and Smelting Tailing by Magnetic-gravity Process

  • 摘要: 采用SLon立环脉动高梯度磁选机强磁选和离心机重选联合工艺,可有效回收选矿尾矿、赤泥、浸金尾渣和焙烧中矿的铁资源.研究表明,SLon立环脉动高梯度磁选机在背景场强为0.7~0.9 T时强磁粗选抛尾;再对粗选精矿采用离心机在转速为400 r/min,洗涤水为2400~2600 mL /min进行精选,可以得到TFe品位60 %以上的铁精矿,且有较高的精矿回收率.

     

    Abstract: Iron ore out of mineral processing tailing, red mud, smelting tailing, roasting middling ore can be effectively recovered by Slon magnetic separators and centrifuge. The experimental results revealed that the technology could make iron concentration by removing much of Gangue mineral with magnetic field strength in 0.7 T to 0.9 T coarse separation of the Slon magnetic separators. Fe reate could reach 60% or more by centrifuge in rotational speed at 400 r/min and the speed of washing water attains 2400 to 2600 mL/min.
