热浸镀铝锌镀层在NaCl溶液中腐蚀电化学行为

The Electrochemical Corrosion Behavior of Hot-dip Al-Zn Coatings in NaCl Aqueous Solution

  • 摘要: 利用循环伏安、动电位极化曲线、腐蚀电位及电化学阻抗等电化学分析手段研究了热浸镀55%Al-Zn-Si及Zn镀层在3.5%NaCl腐蚀介质中的腐蚀电化学行为及腐蚀演变规律.研究表明,在腐蚀过程中,55 %Al-Zn-Si镀层的耐蚀性能和腐蚀寿命要明显好于同条件下的Zn镀层,主要由于55%Al-Zn-Si镀层表面形成了致密的氧化铝保护层及Al自身的高耐腐蚀属性.

     

    Abstract: This paper studies the electrochemical corrosion behavior and mechanism of the commercial 55 % AlZn -Si and Zn coatings in 3.5 % NaCl aqueous solutions by cyclic voltammetry, polarization curves, corrosion potential and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results showed that, the hot -dip 55 % Al -Zn -Si coatings exhibit better anti-corrosion performances and longer corrosion life than those of the hot-dip Zn coatings during the same long -tern immersion tests, due to the formation of compact aluminum oxide film and good corrosion resistance of Al.
