某铜矿不同水泥标号的分级尾砂胶结充填体力学试验研究
Mechanics Experimental Study on the Different Indicia and Grade Cemented Tailings Backfill in a Copper Mine

摘要: 对42.5 (R)普通硅酸盐水泥和52.5 (R)普通硅酸盐水泥两种不同标号的分级尾砂胶结充填体试件进行单轴抗压强度和纵波波速测定,结果表明:52. 5 (R)比42.5 (R)的充填体的稳定性高,所以,矿山选用52. 5 (R)代替42.5 (R)可以降低充填体的配比,从而减少矿山水泥的使用量,达到提高经济效益的目的.Abstract: Experiments were conducted to test the uniaxial compressive strength and longitudinal wave velocities of tailing cemented backfills which are made of 42.5 (R)and 52.5 (R)normal silicate cement separately. Testing Results show that backfill with 52.5 (R)cement is more stable than that with 42.5 (R) cement. Cement 52.5(R), instead of cement 42.5 (R), can reduce the backfill proportion by decreasing the cement usage in the mining industry.
