电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定钆铁合金中稀土杂质量

Determination of rare earth impurities in Gd-Fe alloy by ICP-AES

  • 摘要: 采用ICP-AES法直接测定钆铁合金中14种稀土杂质元素,实验对测定元素波长、标准系列配置方式以及进样浓度进行了选择,以基体匹配法校正基体对测定的影响,所测元素的标加回收率为96 %~108 %,所测元素的相对标准偏差小于3 %,可满足生产和检测的需要.

     

    Abstract: This paper studies the determination of 14 rare earth impurities in Gd -Fe alloy by ICP -AES. The wavelength of determined elements, the standard series configuration and sample concentration were selected. Matrix matching method was applied to eliminate spectral interference of Gd-Fe alloy. The recoveries of standard addition can reach 97 %~108 %. The RSD of the trace elements is less than 3 %.
