某难浸银精矿强化浸出试验研究

Experimental research on intensification leaching of a certain refractory silver concentrate

  • 摘要: 针对某难浸银精矿铜含量高,嵌布特性复杂,常规工艺浸出率低的特点,提出石灰+硫酸铵预处理-一段不磨-二段再磨强化浸出工艺,并对强化浸出机理进行了研究.试验结果表明在不增加磨矿成本和氰化物用量的条件下,该工艺能获得74 %以上的浸出率,比现场指标提高了9 %,具有实际指导意义.

     

    Abstract: According to the features of a certain refractory silver concentrate, such as high copper content, complex embedding station, low rate of conventional technology leaching, this paper proposes the leaching process of ammonium sulfate pretreatment -leaching slag -grinding -free at the first stage -grinding at the second leaching stage, and studies the intensification leaching mechanism.The test result indicates that this process can get the leaching rate of more than 74 % without increasing grinding cost and cyanide consumption, which is 9 % higher than the site index with practical significance.
