P204从除杂后的硫钴精矿浸出液中萃取分离锰和钴

Extraction and separation of manganese and cobalt from cobalt sulfide concentrate leaching solution after removal of impurities using P204

  • 摘要: 研究了用P204+磺化煤油体系从除杂后的硫钴精矿浸出液中萃取分离锰和钴,探讨了P204的体积分数、有机相皂化度、料液pH、萃取相比VO/VA、反应温度、反应时间、反萃取剂硫酸的浓度和反萃取相比VO/VA对锰钴分离效果的影响。结果表明,在P204体积分数为40%、有机相皂化度为80%、料液pH为3.5、相比VO/VA为3/2、反应温度为25 ℃和反应时间为10 min的较优条件下,对硫钴精矿浸出液进行三级逆流萃取,得到萃余液中锰的浓度为1.76 g/L,萃取率为94.48%;钴的浓度为39.05 g/L,萃取率为2.57%。在反萃取剂硫酸浓度为1.5 mol/L和反萃取相比VO/VA为1/2的较优条件下,对负载有机相进行二级逆流反萃取,锰的反萃取率达到98%,使锰钴得到有效分离。

     

    Abstract: The extraction of manganese and cobalt from cobalt sulfide were investigated using a P204+sulfonated kerosene system. The effects of key parameters of P204, including P204 volume fraction, saponification degree of the organic phase, pH of the feed solution, phase ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time, stripping sulfuric acid concentration and stripping phase ratio on the extraction performance were investigated. The results show that under the optimum conditions of a P204 volume fraction of 40%, organic phase saponification degree of 80%, feed solution pH of 3.5, phase ratio of 3∶2, reaction temperature of 25 ℃, and reaction time of 10 min, a three-stage countercurrent extraction test was conducted on the cobalt sulfide concentrate. The test shows that the mass concentration of manganese in the raffinate was 1.76 g/L, corresponding to the extraction rate of 94.48%, while the cobalt mass concentration was 39.05 g/L with a cobalt extraction rate of only 2.57%. Under the optimum conditions of 1.5 mol/L sulfuric acid concentration and stripping phase ratio of 1∶2, a two-stage countercurrent stripping test achieved a manganese stripping rate of over 98%, enabling further effective separation of manganese and cobalt.
