基于胶结充填体峰前声发射b值预测峰后应变特征

Prediction of post-peak strain characteristics based on pre-peak acoustic emission b-values of cemented backfill

  • 摘要: 胶结充填体峰后破坏与峰前的能量演化相关,声发射b值能够有效反映声发射能量事件的变化过程,制备灰砂比(指质量比,下同)为1∶4、1∶6和1∶8,养护龄期为7、14、28 d的充填体试样,同时开展单轴压缩和声发射试验,探究其峰前和峰后的应力-应变曲线和声发射b值特征。结果表明:胶结充填体全应力-应变曲线峰前上升愈陡则峰后下降也愈陡。峰前应变随时间的延长近似呈线性上升趋势,声发射b值先增大后减小;峰后应变随时间的延长出现骤升现象,声发射b值维持在较低值。且峰前声发射b值下降越剧烈,峰后应变骤升越明显,由此提出一种基于峰前声发射b值下降特征的预测指标,其随灰砂比和养护龄期增大而增大,与峰后应变变化一致,即表明此法可在峰前预测峰后的应变特征。

     

    Abstract: The post-peak damage of the cemented backfill is related to the energy evolution before the peak, and the acoustic emission b-value can effectively reflect the change process of the acoustic emission energy event. The backfill specimens with ash sand ratios of 1∶4, 1∶6, and 1∶8, and curing ages of 7 d, 14 d, and 28 d were prepared. The uniaxial compression tests and acoustic emission tests were carried out to investigate their stress-strain curves and acoustic emission b-value characteristics before and after the peak. The results showed that the steeper the increase of the pre-peak stress-strain curves, the steeper the decrease of the post-peak curves. The pre-peak strain increased linearly with time, and the acoustic emission b-value first increased and then decreased; the post-peak strain rose abruptly with time while the acoustic emission b-value stayed low. The more sharply the acoustic emission b-value dropped before the peak, the more remarkably the strain burst intensified after the peak. A prediction index based on the relative magnitude and slope of the decline in pre-peak acoustic emission b-value was thus proposed, which rose with the increase in the ash sand ratio and the maintenance age, and was consistent with the post-peak strain. These results confirm the method’s capability for pre-peak prediction of post-peak strain behavior.
