含锌除尘灰脱锌工艺的研究进展及展望

Research progress and prospect of dezincification process of zinc-containing dust ash

  • 摘要: 钢铁冶金企业生产阶段所得的除尘灰富含铁、碳、锌、钾、钠等有价元素,直接返回高炉冶炼使用,不仅会造成锌、钾、钠等资源的浪费,还会因锌在高炉内循环富集影响高炉炉况并降低高炉使用寿命。为降低生产资源的消耗,提升企业实际经济效益,实现钢铁行业绿色发展,优化落实除尘灰处理是必然选择。文章介绍了含锌除尘灰的分类及来源,系统阐述了多种含锌除尘灰脱锌技术的工艺及原理,并对含锌除尘灰的脱锌技术进展进行了讨论,最后从锌资源回收、清洁能源利用和低碳工艺开发3个方面对除尘灰脱锌技术的发展提出了展望及建议。

     

    Abstract: The dust ash from the production phases of iron and steel metallurgical enterprises is rich in valuable elements such as iron, carbon, zinc, potassium and sodium. Directly recycling this dust back into the blast furnace smelting process not only leads to the waste of resources such as zinc, potassium, and sodium. It also affects the furnace condition and reduces its service life due to the cyclic zinc accumulation in the blast furnace. In order to reduce the consumption of production resources, promote the economic benefit of enterprises, and realize the green development of the iron and steel industry, optimizing and implementing the treatment of dust removal ash is an inevitable option. The paper introduced the classification and sources of zinc-containing dust ash, systematically described the processes and mechanisms of various zinc-containing dust ash dezincification technologies, and discussed the progress of zinc dezincification technologies for zinc-containing dust ash. Finally, it presented the prospects and suggestions for developing dust ash dezincification technologies from zinc resource recovery, clean energy utilization, and development of low-carbon processes.
