Abstract:
The different structural configurations of the diffuser mixing tanks have an extremely important impact on their mixing efficiency. The article referred to the rare earth guide tube mixing tank of a certain enterprise in southern Jiangxi as the original model and constructed a simulation system with four structural variables
d=1 010 mm,
θ=45°,
h=940 mm, and
c=600 mm as the original structural parameters. Under single factor variable conditions, simulation calculations were conducted on stirred tanks with different structural variables to obtain power, velocity cloud maps, unit volume mixing energy consumption, and final mixing time results under multiple single variable factor conditions. Taking mixing energy and final mixing time as evaluation criteria, the stirring characteristics of the equipment under different structural variable configurations were evaluated to determine the optimal structural variable parameters, that is,
d=1 100 mm,
θ=50° ,
h=940 mm,
c=550 mm. And it was structurally optimized and improved, achieving good application results in the production process.
