不同结构组态对导流筒搅拌槽混合效率影响分析

Analysis of the influence of different structural configurations on the mixing efficiency of the guide tube mixing tank

  • 摘要: 导流筒搅拌槽的不同结构组态对其混合效率有着极其重要的影响。文章以赣南某企业稀土导流筒搅拌槽为原始模型,以4个结构变量d=1 010 mm、θ=45oh=940 mm、c=600 mm为原结构参数,构建仿真模拟体系;在单因素变量条件下,对不同结构组态的导流筒搅拌槽进行模拟计算,得到多个单一变量因素条件下的功率、速度云图、单位体积混合能耗和最终混合时间。以混合能耗和最终混合时间为评价指标,对该设备不同结构组态条件下的搅拌特性进行对比分析, 从而确定了其较优结构组态参数:d=1 100 mm、 θ=50oh=940 mm、c=550 mm。并对其进行了结构优化改进,在生产过程中取得了良好的应用效果。

     

    Abstract: The different structural configurations of the diffuser mixing tanks have an extremely important impact on their mixing efficiency. The article referred to the rare earth guide tube mixing tank of a certain enterprise in southern Jiangxi as the original model and constructed a simulation system with four structural variables d=1 010 mm, θ=45°, h=940 mm, and c=600 mm as the original structural parameters. Under single factor variable conditions, simulation calculations were conducted on stirred tanks with different structural variables to obtain power, velocity cloud maps, unit volume mixing energy consumption, and final mixing time results under multiple single variable factor conditions. Taking mixing energy and final mixing time as evaluation criteria, the stirring characteristics of the equipment under different structural variable configurations were evaluated to determine the optimal structural variable parameters, that is, d=1 100 mm, θ=50° , h=940 mm, c=550 mm. And it was structurally optimized and improved, achieving good application results in the production process.
