Abstract:
TiAl-based alloys have important application value in the fields of aerospace and automotive manufacturing due to their lightness, high specific strength, and excellent resistance to oxidation and creep at high temperatures. During their development process, microalloyed technology has always been the key to the research. Thus, this paper presented the effects of alloying elements on the microstructure, mechanical properties, and high temperature oxidation resistance of TiAl-based alloys in recent years, and put forward some suggestions for further research.
