Abstract:
Five alloys were prepared by the semi-continuous casting method. Through mechanical performance testing, salt spray corrosion weight loss test and intuitive color comparison, the conductive CuSn alloy composition was optimized for new corrosion-resistant sockets. It showed that when factors such as the comprehensive mechanical properties, electrical properties, neutral salt spray corrosion weight loss rate, manufacturing cost were considered, the alloy composition control range was (mass fraction) Sn of 0.8%~1.2%, Ni of 0.8%~1.2%, Al of 0.4%~0.6%, Zn of 0.5%, Si of 0.15% and Zr of 0.05%. The residue was Cu and the unavoidable impurity elements.
