Production practice of short process 4N tellurium

  • 摘要: 通过实验室实验与工业化试验论证,酸洗工序和改进后的氧化酸浸工艺可以有效地去除杂质,得到纯净的二氧化碲。通过控制氧化酸浸的终点电位,可以有效减少碲损失,提高碲提取率。新工艺氧化酸浸产出的二氧化碲与车间煅烧二氧化碲造液的溶液成分基本一致。煮洗与浇铸后,制得4N(99.99%)碲锭。新工艺提高了生产效率,每处理1 t还原碲渣可以节约成本4 807.8元。

     

    Abstract: Laboratory and industrial experiments indicated that the pickling process and the improved oxidizing acid leaching process could effectively remove impurities and obtain pure tellurium dioxide. The loss of tellurium could be effectively reduced, and its extraction rate could be improved by controlling the terminal potential of the oxidative acid leaching. The solution composition of tellurium dioxide produced by the new process oxidative acid leaching was basically the same as that of the calcined one made in the workshop. After boiling, washing and casting, 4N(99.99%) tellurium ingots were prepared. The new process has improved production efficiency, and processing 1 ton of reduced tellurium slag can save 4 807.8 yuan in cost.
