镁稀土合金焊接工艺及组织性能研究现状与展望

Research status and prospect of welding process and mechanical properties of Mg-RE alloy

  • 摘要: 随着航空航天、交通运输等领域对装备轻量化需求的提高, 镁稀土合金因其比强度、比刚度大, 抗蠕变能力强, 高温力学性能优良等特点展现出广阔的应用前景。通过焊接工艺可以降低镁稀土合金大型复杂结构件的成型难度, 有利于推广镁稀土合金在相关关键领域的进一步应用。本文围绕镁稀土合金的特性, 介绍了镁稀土合金的性能及应用。着重讨论了稀土元素对镁合金可焊性的影响机制, 总结了近年来国内外适用于镁稀土合金的焊接工艺, 阐明了焊前、焊后热处理对接头成型、组织性能、焊接缺陷的影响, 最后对镁稀土合金焊接工艺的研究方向作出展望。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing demand for lightweight equipment in the fields of aerospace, transportation, Mg-rare earth (Mg-RE) alloys have shown broad application prospects due to their excellent specific strength and specific rigidity, considerable creep resistance, and high temperature mechanical properties. The welding process can reduce the difficulty of fabricating large and complex Mg-RE structural parts, which is beneficial to their further application in related key fields. This article focuses on the characteristics of Mg-RE alloys and introduces their properties and applications. The effect mechanism of rare earth elements on the weldability of magnesium alloys has been discussed, and the welding processes applicable to Mg-RE alloys in the world in recent years has also been reviewed. Furthermore, the effects of pre-weld and post-weld heat treatments on the formation properties, microstructure, properties, and welding defects of the joints has been summarized. Finally, the research direction of the welding process of Mg-RE alloys is prospected.
