Abstract:
Mining heritage tourism is a new field of China's tourism industry in recent years, PPP mode being an important means to build infrastructure and public service projects. On the basis of the stake-holder theory, this paper discusses the responsibilities and interests of stakeholders in the development of mining heritage tourism PPP projects from the perspectives of government departments, social capital parties, contractors, former employees and residents of mining areas, and financial institutions. Their behavioral risks are identified and analyzed. Plausible suggestions are put forward to promote mining heritage tourism PPP projects.
