高氯锌浸出液铜渣脱氯试验及应用

Experimental study on dechlorination of copper slag from zinc chloride leaching solution and its application

  • 摘要: 锌精矿在浸出过程中氯离子在溶液中不断富集,使氯离子在系统溶液中的含量达到780 mg/L。如何高效、环保、低成本的脱氯成为湿法冶炼共同面对的问题,本文研究采用铜渣作为脱氯剂应用于湿法炼锌溶液脱氯。小试后溶液脱氯率可达76%。后期采用铜渣脱氯的实验参数运用于工业生产中,铜渣脱氯率可到75%以上,铜渣作为一种锌湿法冶炼副产品,铜渣脱氯技术得到很好的利用,铜渣除氯对氯离子的脱除率较高,对环境无污染,脱氯成本低,湿法冶炼系统溶液不会代入杂质离子,安全可靠。但对于脱氯铜渣的回收及循环利用过程中产生的碱洗水的处理成本较高。

     

    Abstract: During the leaching process of zinc concentrate, chloride ions are continuously enriched in the solution, and the content of chloride ions in the resystem solution is up to 780 mg/L. It is a common problem in hydrometallurgy as how to use efficient, environmentally friendly and low cost dechlorination method. In the study, copper slag was used as dechlorination agent to dechlorinate zinc hydrometallurgy solution. The dechlorination rate of the solution could reach above 76% after small scale test. The dechlorination rate of copper slag could be over 75% when the experimental parameters of dechlorination of copper slag were used in industrial production. As a by-product of zinc hydrometallurgy, the dechlorination technology of copper slag is well used, since copper slag has higher chlorine ion removal rate with no pollution to the environment and low dechlorination cost, and it is safe and reliable that the solution of hydrometallurgical system would not be replaced by impurity ions. The processing cost of the alkaline washing water generated in recycling dechlorinated copper slag is relatively high.
