Abstract:
The relationship between the plastic strain ratio
R, the plane anisotropy coefficient
r and the deep drawing property of the copper strip with thickness of 0.5 mm produced by different processing technology was studied by means of mechanical property test and electron backscatter diffraction analysis. And the texture of pure copper strip was analyzed. The results show that the larger the plastic strain ratio
R is, the more difficult it is to deform in the thickness direction, and the more suitable for deep drawing. Texture analysis shows that the volume fraction of deformation texture can be reduced by reducing the processing rate of finished products. And the ratio of deformation texture and annealing texture can be controlled by combining processing rate with heat treatment. The reasonable ratio can promote the ear-making around the cup mouth of deep-drawing red copper belt to cancel each other and reduce the anisotropy, thus ensuring the ear-making rate of red copper belt after stamping.
