漂白粉浸出贵州难浸金矿的正交试验研究

Orthogonal test on the leaching of a refractory gold ore in Guizhou province by bleaching powder

  • 摘要: 通过正交试验研究了漂白粉用量、浸出时间、液固比、碱耗量等4个因素在3个水平条件下的正交试验结果, 确定了较优浸出条件为40 g原矿在25 ℃条件下, 25 g漂白粉和9 g氢氧化钠, 液固比8:1浸出5 h为较优浸出条件, 金的浸出率可达65.53%。试验结果表明, 漂白粉对贵州难浸金矿有一定的浸出效果, 且浸出成本低, 值得进一步研究。

     

    Abstract: Orthogonal tests were conducted to study four factors: leaching agent dosage, leaching time, liquid-solid ratio and alkali consumption at three levels. By analyzing the test results, we determined the optimal leaching conditions. It was when 40 g gold ores was soak in the mix of 25 g bleach and 9 g sodium hydroxide for 5 hours with a liquid-solid ratio of 8:1 at the temperature of 25 ℃ that the best leaching effect was obtained. Under that condition, the leaching rate could reach 65.53%.The tests results indicated that the leaching of refractory gold ores by bleaching powder, to some extent, was effective and cost little, deserving further studies.
