Abstract: Most metal tailings and other industrial wastes are recyclable resources, and their comprehensive utilization has been concerned by scholars at home and abroad. The preparation technology of foamed glass-ceramics was introduced, and the research progress of foamed glass-ceramics made from metal tailings as the main raw material was summarized. From the perspective of comprehensive utilization of metal tailings, the development direction and urgent problems of foam glass-ceramics for metal tailings were prospected.
